Master or PhD degree required . Proficient command of both spoken and written English (CET 6 or above) . Previous experience in academic journal editing or management is desirable . Ability to work independently . Ability to handle detailed work . Ability to communicate with, and respond to customers and other employees in a professional, clear, and understandable manner . Organizational and computer (E-Mail, Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) skills needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desired.
