Ⅱ.【Requirements for applicants】 i.Age 18 to 40 ii.Good Health iii.Abide by the laws and regulations of People’s Republic of China and CMU. iv.Requirements for English: i．Those who are English native speakers do not need to take English examination. ii．Those who studied in schools using English as working language English examination is not required. iii．TOFEL above 550, IELTS above 5.5 or pass the Entrance Examination of CMU. v.Requirements for admission: i.senior high school graduates or above, ii.qualified in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Ⅲ.【Admission procedure】 i．Applying time: from 5th March to 31st September ii．Contact telephone No.: 86-10-83911915 iii．Applicants should submit the following documents to Student Affairs and Enrollment Office of International school of CMU: i．Completed Application Form (can be downloaded) http://gjxy.ccmu.edu.cn/module/download/downfile.jsp?filename=140506104157926.doc ii．Letter of guarantee by a Chinese sponsor (Chinese citizen) with evidence of the sponsor’s identity. iii．Copies of the latest schooling certificate and transcripts. iv．Copies of passport or Identification. v．TOFEL, IELTS certificate (None native speaker). vi．Physical Examination Record and blood test reports (add the HBEAG). vii．None Criminal Offend Certificate provided by local Police Station. viii．Economic Status Certificate and Letter of Commitment to pay tuition fee on time. ix．Registration fee: The Registration fee of application will not be returned or transferred. Ⅳ.【Admission and Registration】 i．The Admission Letter of Capital Medical University and JW202 Form will be sent to applicants; applicants can take them to China Embassy to apply for an X visa. ii．Registration time：Students must register on the date specified in the admission latter. Late registration has to be approved by CMU Student Office . Those who are two weeks overdue are considered abandoning the qualification on their own accord. Ⅴ.【Tuition and fees】
Notes: i．All the fees above mentioned are paid in RMB ii．The paid fees will be non-refundable or transferred after registration iii．All the students are requested to live on campus.
