内容 | Notice on the Assessment and Renewal ofthe Current Long-term Teaching-oriented Foreign Teachers To Relevant Colleges (Institutions): Please see below the schedule of the assessment and contract-renewal affairs of long-term teaching-oriented foreign teachers employed in the school year of 2015-2016. I. From April 15 to April 26Assessment and Decision of Renewal by the college The assessment of the foreign teachers on how well their job responsibilities have been fulfilled should be firstly carried out by the college, based on the employing contract and relevant regulations of the University. Those who fail in the assessment will not be renewed. The college shall inform the foreign teachers the renewal decision of the college in writing one month before their current contract terminates. The College/School Recruiting Committee shall consider the renewing applications of those who have passed the assessment. With approval, The College/School shall forward the documents to the University for final approval. The College/School is expected to deliver the following documents to the Academic Title Section before April 26 (No overdue delivery is accepted): 1. Summary Form of Assessment Results of the Long-term Teaching-oriented Foreign Teachers (including all the foreign teachers in the college/school); 2. Contract Performance Assessment Form & Application Form for Renewing Contract (For foreign teachers who do not apply for renewal, no need to fill “College/School Opinion”; for foreign teachers who apply for renewal, the college/school need to fill “College/School Opinion”); 3. Summary of the Teaching Plans for the Long-term Teaching-oriented Foreign Teachers Candidates (filled and sealed by the employing institution); 4. Health Statement (filled by the foreign teacher candidates who will renew the contract) ; 5. Health Check Report within one year(candidates over 50 years of age need to provide); 6. Copy of the ID page of the new passport (if any). II. From April 27 to May 10 The University review and approve the renewing application. III. From May 11 to May 17 Signing the Contract The University and College sign the New Contract with the foreign teachers who have passed the approval of the university. IV. From May 18 to May 31 Other Procedures The Personnel Department will renew the group commercial health insurance for those who have signed the contract, and inform the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange to work on his/her visa and residence permit extension.
