Initiate and follow up with performance appraisal and goal setting Actively participate in HR policies update and implement HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests Provide general human resources management services to business Perform other duties as assigned or requested KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree with no less than 8 years’ experience in Human Resources in a multinational organization.
