Act as the first point of contact with regulatory agencies on their inquires, surveys and on-site examinations. Provide Compliance advisory to relevant business, control and supporting functions. Assist in preparing application package for new branch opening and senior management qualification etc, follow up the approval progress with authorities. Conduct periodic Compliance monitoring to ensure all departments are in compliance with local laws/regulations and internal compliance policies, conduct self assessment testing. Make external and internal periodic compliance reports.
