原因是 "press the open button" 是一句指令性的句子，imperative mood。指令性句子的主词永远是you，而且大部分情况下会被省略（也有例外），因此便产生以动词为开端的句子了。
我们平常看到的路标或其他公共标语，大多是指令性句子，像：
Go! 去

Do not litter 不要乱抛垃圾
