Ensure integrity, safeguard company assets and good control over operation and minimize business and financial risk; 5.Responsible for SOX and internal control requirement, and continuously drive for improvement over identified weakness; 6.Analyze divisions performance and other information, proactively recommend proposals for corrective actions, drive operations to improve in operational efficiency and control; 7.Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, Government authorities, etc, ensuring ongoing and full compliance with local regulation and practice; 8.Collaborate with FSU to gain maximum accounting efficiency; 9.Act as Compliance officer for the unit; 10.Lead and develop the finance team; 11.Actively support and help realize business initiative, and participate in future M&A projects; 12.Other ad hoc projects as necessary.
